How accurate is BOFA Online PreApprove?

Midland GONE from TU and Exp and Efx it will be gone in a day or so.

Only baddies on TU are 7 yo about to drop off Cap1 CO and an unpaid collection (2003)

Are you opting in to credit offers?

Do you get credit offers in the mail? If not you may have to opt-in to offers and wait awhile for their website to update. If not I would just call and apply for what you want, with your scores you should be able to pick up the card of your choice.

When my EX was around 650 or so I did the pre-app and was offered 3 cards each with a 3k CL.

I went ahead and app'd for the BofA Amex, but got the 7-10 day message.  I called about 30 minutes later.  They orig pulled EX (0 collections), but on recon they also pulled TU (1 paid collection).  I ended up getting approved for 2k.  The CSR was most interested in my 90 day lates with Sallie Mae.

When I was opted-out I only got the offer for the secured card.  It took about 6 weeks after opting back in to get the 3 offers mentioned above.

I believe I'm one of the oddballs that received a lower CL than what was stated on the pre-app.  After I had the card a month I requested a CLI (open-ended) and they took the card to 5k.

Unless they have some hard and fast rule about COs regardless of how old, hard to see how I'd get no offers with three 700s, no BK.
