I messaged Chase and they replied that a $5,000 credit line is required to get the Visa Signiture.
So, after reading this post, I called last night and they said there was no offer on my account to change to Signature. My account has been opened for 10 days over the 1 year mark. I sent them a secure message and they responded that they would forward it to an escalation specialist. I have not yet heard anything today. I hope they can convert it to Signature! Chase seems to like me ok, I was approved recently for CSP and Marriott Rewards, both Signature cards.

I did not receive a call or message from Chase today. That is strange since others say they call almost instantly the next morning. Oh well, maybe tomorrow.
@smith5879 wrote:I remember reading at least one post where someone had a credit line of under $5k and it was a Visa Sig, but that was because they had moved part of the line of credit to another card. I don't believe they will downgrade from signature for dropping below $5k.
My Chase Sapphire has a $4,500 CL but that is because i moved $500 to my Amazon Visa. Chase requires a $5,000 limit for Siggy

Exact same thing about two weeks ago. They never contacted me back after forwarding at all. I wasn't going to push it, and just figured that meant forget about it.
Today my Chase Freedom Siggy arrived in the mail!

Hopefully the same will happen for me. I thought the same thing, if the don't respond, it's probably not meant to be.
