How do you get into a preapproval database?

I have checked the Chase website but I dont seem to be pre-approved for any products.

 

Is there anyway to get onto their radar for a targeted offer?

Just b/c you aren't preapproved on Chase website doesn't mean you won't get approved if you applied for a card...unless you're trying to avoid a HP.

Not opted out, I just feel a bit safer with a pre-approval.
