I use a spreadsheet to track my accounts, which includes:
Date Opened
Current Balance (updated several times each month)
Credit Limit
Bill Date (the number of the day, i.e. 27 for the 27th)
Due Date (similar to Bill Date column)
Current % Utilization (highlights in yellow if over 10%, and red if over 30%)
Amount that is 30% Utilization
Amount that is 10% Utilization
Payment required to get to 30% and 10% utilization
Last Payment amount
Last payment date
Minimum payment due
Date of last statement
Balance on last statement
Current APR
Total CC balances
Total Credit Limit
Overall Utilization
I also have a piece of it that calculates my own personal minimum payment, which is:
1/5th of the statement balance + any interest accrued on the last statement + the statement minimum payment
Once the online account manager has updated with the new statement, if I cannot send all of my calculated minimum payment, I send at least the statement minimum payment. Usually with my next paycheck I'll make up the difference.
i use a couple of excel files, i use mint.com, i bookmark all of my account login pages...
i started using pageonce about 2 weeks ago, but so far, i'm not impressed. i'll be honest: i don't know if it's because you have to pay to get better features, or i'm just not using it to its full potential. but if i can only get real updates once a day (without having to refresh 30+ accounts individually), then i'll stick with mint.
