Seems it's possible to get a pop up from browsing flights on their site but it also seems more than likely to be a HP, you know how commenity is lately, a SCT trick card may not be a good thing anymore. Either way good luck with whatever you decide to do.

Sign up for Elevate and start to book a flight. Once you get to the payment, you may get a pop up. 

I got the pop up a few months ago and was subsequently denied. Strangely enough, I did NOT receive a HP. I cold apped and was approved last month and received a HP.
