Yes, that's the card (at least the one I have). As best I can tell it was orig issued thru DMB then HSBC took over servicing the card. I started at 1k in Aug 06 and got a 500cli in Feb (?) of this year.
The rewards are 'eh'. I do believe there's a non-rewards version running around somewhere, but I'm not familiar with it.
ETA: Sorry, my card looks like the one in the link I sent you, NOT the one that the PP mentioned.

I have an older version. My card was originally issued by Direct Merchants Bank and is now managed by HSBC. My card is blue - says Direct Merchants Bank across the top - and has the Discover logo. Pretty bland and basic. Again I think this is the older version, so the design may have changed.
