How in the world do you check the status of your Fidelity Amex card?

I got 

"Your business is appreciated and careful consideration is being given to your request, but an instant decision cannot be provided at this time."

But MyFico has taught me to recon, so i want to know for sure who to call and when to call. i tried checking the Amex status URL but there's nothing there. I thought it was an Amex card...

Its a FIA card. If the FIA backdoor number doesn't work, possibly a Bank of America one might.

OH...It's called Fidelity Amex, but it's a Bank Of America card. Confusing lol...Thanks though.

Fidelity and Bank of America are the same company/lender. The fidelity cc just uses the amex network

It uses the American Express card network to process the transactions.

OH!..Great. I guess i wont be getting an approval. I just reconned a Virgin Atlantic card about 2 weeks ago lol. Thanks for the help though.
