How long after a BK before you can get a good deal on a credit card?

My chapter 7 was discharged in 03. My scores are: TU 553, EQ 649 and EX 682. For a few years I have had an Aspire Visa and an Orchard MC. They have hefty annual and monthly fees. I got denied at citibank. Without the BK I think my FICOs would have been good enough (as long as they don't pull TU.) Is there a credit card with no annual fee with a BK discharged 4 years ago?

People say "Only apply for credit you NEED"

I say "apply for credit you have PRATICAL use of"

I don't have AMEX card because I don't want a card that suffers from PMS

If your BK was discharged in 03, that means it has been almost 10 years, not 4, right?

Current Score: 05/19/13 TU 600; EQ 625; EX 610 fako
Goal Score:  625 for now– New goal 675
