Re: How long before Chase starts reporting?

Took mine about 3-4 weeks. During this time my statement date changed nearly everyday when I logged into my account online. You won't know when it's actually scheduled to cut until the following month. It kept rocking back and forth with crazy dates such as June 8th, then June 23rd, then back to June 12th then Jube 18th and it finally cut on June 28th.

Interesting. I try to PIF before the statement cuts. This will be a challenge if we dont know when the statment cuts. I guess I have to wait till I get the card and see what happens.

I do the same thing and was awfully annoyed when I got hit with a $262 balance this reporting period. Boogers!

I did rack up $68 in rewards though the first month after the $50 1st statement credit!  ;-)

Chase lets me pick my own billing date on their site and you can change it once every three months or so. I selected the first of the month and statement date is always on the 7th.

I tried to do that on the site but it wouldn't let me during the first billing cycle. It will let me know, but I'm just going to leave it be.
