Maybe "black lists" is not the most accurate term.  Macy's does maintain long term data going back decades.

I got back in with BOA after a chargeoff-  It was kind of sneaky, but my Citi card was sold to BOA a few months ago and I haven't had a problem yet.  I'm hoping they don't catch me.
