How long does AMEX take to reimburse?

**FOR MY AMEX PLAT**

Used the Airline Fee Credit for the Delta Sky Club guest admitance and also an upgrade to economy comfort + but I haven't seen any recomp from Amex and it's almost two weeks since I've used it.

I also canceled an AU on my account and I still haven't gotten the refund for that Annual Fee? 

I called AMEX and they said 4-6 weeks, but I recently upgraded from the PRG about a month ago, and the PRG reimbursements were super fast. Especially for AMEX offers.

Did this happen to anyone else?

There is an entire thread about the airline credit with amex. Many reimbursements are coming in around four weeks after the charge. Amex Offers and the airline credit are not handled the same way.

It takes about a month to get reimbursed with Amex.

With Delta airlne reimbursements I've experiences as fast as 2 days to two weeks to even a month; at which time when the statemtn closes I call and inquire about the reimbursement status and they will fast track it to within 5 days.
