How long does it take PenFed to report cards to the Bureaus?

I've had my cards for around 3 weeks.  How long does it usually take for them to report?  Synchrony usually reports the day of approval and I assumed everyone did that.

Mine reported before I received the card.

Mine also reported quickly, well before I received the card. They don't report as fast as Barclay/Synchrony though.

Never assume that all cards reports upon approval.  Most do not and some like American Express can take 2-3 months to report.  The times vary as much as the cards themselves.
