How long for First Premier to update CR?

I paid off a debt I owed to First Premier almost a month ago and its still showing up as not paid. I was wondering if there is a set time for reports to update.

Should I send a GW, dispute, or just call them?

Is it a credit card? If so, wait few days after the statement is cut. If it a CO you probably have to call them.
