How long should I wait before sending in another app......

So I had a the case of the itch fingers last month and some new TL to the my report. I read about the WFFNB pre approval at check out with on HP so I got trigger happy and added

Express 250

J Crew 250

KingSize 250

also added

Walmart 500

Amazon 600

Kays    2000

Cards already had

Cap1          300 CLI in July 500

OB/ CAP1 1500 (secured)

Target         600 

Applied for Best Buy but was denied due to too many new accounts.

I opened a PenFed account before I researched how strict they were last month. So I am planning on applying for one of their cards with in the 90 period. My question is will they only use my report from august or will they SP a current report? 

I want to apply for a Barclays (Apple) card (yes I am a Mac junkie)  in December 2012 it seems like they are pretty easy on you and it will force me to stay app free for 6 month. Then I can apply for the AMEX

Penfed won't pull another report for you within the 90, but, to be blunt, there's no way you're going to get an approval from them right  now.

On the other hand, you may be able to get yourself in with Amex with the Zync.
