I am patient, but at the same time incredibly excited and anxious. Ever since re-building my credit over the last year or two I have had my eyes on AMEX and Chase. To finally be accepted by one feels like an great accomplishment--and to a recon no less! (thanks myfico forums!)
Yesterday I received the email message saying, "watch your mail, your chase freedom card is on its way!" -- Does anyone remember how long it took to receive it after that message? I live in Omaha Nebraska.
Thanks guys, and happy Friday!!!
7-10 business days. Honestly, if you app'd on Monday morning, you should see it by Friday.
Chase is usually pretty good about getting the card out. I think my Freedom arrived about 5 days after the e-mail.

Is it not first class mail or something? If I sent a letter from Omaha to New York, it takes maybe 2-3 days. Does anyone know where its shipping from?
I remember when my GF was approved for her Barclay last month, it took like 2.5 weeks. I couldn't believe how long it took!

If it were Amex you'd have it the next day lol they shipped mine from Omaha. Chase I don't have so I'm not sure.
I'd say they're both about the same. They usually send out cards quickly, and both give you the option of having the cards overnighted for free, if you choose so.
