Helzberg/Cap1 showed me some major luv in Early March 2013 and took my CL from $3600 to $5700. Its been 4 months and I was tempted to hit the button again but thought it might be too soon though I know it would only be a SP. Should I wait? Or is it ok to try?

I would wait 2 more months JMHO

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
