How long until cc reports to cr

 I was just wondering how long after you get a credit card does it start reporting? I got my Cap one on 11/13 and has not shown up on  any one of the three reports yet.

Generally after the first statement date, although some cards may report immediatly. My Discover was reported the day after I was approved, but my CapOne took a month.

It took Cap1 2 months to report.

^ This.  It can vary but most report after statement close.  Take a look at your close date and add a few business days.  TU seems to take a bit longer than the other 2 to update in my experience.

It also all depends on which bureaus the creditor is reporting to.

There just isn't an answer of "X days" for every case out there.

Holy canoli Cap 1 and GE take FOR-E-VER to report. I had my Care Credit paid off for 2 months before they reported, and it's been a while and Cap 1 still hasn't reported my cli.
