How many Amex cards can you have ??

One question I pretty sure the limit is 5....

But is that combined for personal & multiple businesses... Lets say you have 2 personal and 3 business.. Can you get another personal ??

Doubt I even want one rather do a pc... I'm paying like $1200 AF a year for my Amexs alone...

U can have 4 lending/revolving credit cards both from personal and business. 2 charge cards both from personal and business.

However u can have any number of additional or supp cards given to you by others.

I have 4 lending, 2 charge and 4 other lending cards as additional cards given to me by my spouse.

Not true.

I have 3 charge cards (all personal). Platinum, Gold, Zync.

CapitalOne Platinum - $1500
Chase Freedom - $5000 Chase Southwest Premier - $3000
Discover More - $3700
Barclays US Airways - $1500
American Express Platinum, Gold PRG, and Zync - NPSL

Yeah I think the limit for Amex is 5 across revolving/charge cards but was asking everyone here to just make sure. I have 1 personal charge 1 personal revolver.. 2 business charge and 1 business revolver..
