I have one, NY&Co. applied in store back in 2007, no idea what the initial limit was. I stopped using the card in 2010 and just started using it again last month. Currently limit is $1,180... yup... very odd number. I hit the CLI button but was declined.

0. They turned me down due to too many inquiries and no home equity lines of credit. Yup. You read that right.
Some of my favorite stores and one because of the popup (guess which one )
Sportsman Guide Visa $7K
Loft MC $4900
J Crew $4850
Talbots $1500
I recently closed a Limited Card because their stuff looks nice, but the quality is hit or miss. And it sits in my closet.
I have been thinking about Pottery Barn - anyone know if they soft pull in the store at the register?

+1. I got approved for a NewEgg account for $2,000 and denied all together for a TigerDirect card. Go figure.
