Debit cards should never be used like an everyday credit card. Caution.
Oh, and I carry lots of cash so I don't have to ever use my CC. It's amazing how much less you spend when you carry cash.
LOL... oh how both those statements are so true!!! Cash is king but I find that I don't remember what it looks like. Ha-Ha!

2X Amex
1X Citi MC
1X Debit
Use the Amex X 2 and Citi for EVERYTHING! I don't have swipe marks on my cards, I have gouges.

I carry my BoA Cash Rewards 123 Visa, my Discover More, my Walmart Discover, my BBRZ MC, and my Target Redcard. The BoA card and Discover More get used the most. I mostly use the Walmart Discover and the BBRZ MC once a month each to keep them active. The stupid CrapOne "platinum" card is deep in the bottom of the sock drawer where it belongs.
I usually only carry my AMEX gold and my debit card. That way, I don't do any impulse buying as I either have to have the money in my account or will be reminded that I need to be able to pay it in full at the end of the month. If I know I need to purchase something larger or that using a different card will get me a better deal, I'll bring an additional card for that purchase and then put it back at the end of the day.
