Just the Costco Amex, although I'm not 100% sure that counts as an AF (that's Costco's AF, not Amex).
Even so, it's justified just for access to Costco Gas and Rotissary chicken
Considered the CSP when I had a long distance girlfriend. New girl is local and she rides so.... TE Amex has me covered for the time being. Still considering the CSP, but only when I have a few large expenses coming up.

But I will be looking to add Marriott and IHG in a few months.
Two: AAdvantage Aviator and United MileagePlus Explorer.
None
None. Just downgraded my last AF cards before the big hit (EDP and Arrival+)
None here either. As somebody else stated, I too am adverse to AF cards as our spending just doesn't justify it. We are a single income household with pretty bare bones spending for the most part, we would be lucky to break even on most of the AFs that are out there. My husband does have an AF on his Capital One QS1, but we'll work on getting that removed or PC'd later after he's had it for a bit. His scores aren't anywhere close to what mine are and his options were limited when he applied. Hey, better that than Credit One or First Premier! But had I known then what I know now, we probably would have tried to do things a bit different with him and not gotten that card either. Hindsight is always 20/20, right? I'm confident we'll make up his annual fee in the rewards on the card though, so I won't stress it too much.
