GE is useful for opening new accounts shortly after a BK discharge like they did for me last year... but as far as CLI's go I've yet to figure them out and quit trying.

I have no doubt I could hit 700 on my scores with my most recent account being a year old with 2 inquiries in a year and I'll be denied a CLI for too many new accounts and too many inquiries.

I've had enough of GE's cookie cutter denials.

Looks like I answered before, but some info has changed.  I'm one of those who typically has no luck with Credit Solutions (of all of my CLIs, only one was due to them).  The rest were due to LUV button (except Care Credit, which was from automated system on phone call).

Credit solutions has been more miss than hit for me as well. The luv button has been golden however. I was denied, rather rudely, on paypal extras and 1 week later got an auto increase. It's simply a computer timing thing most of the time I believe
