Re: How many tradelines for a 700-800 club score?

My signature showed my 700+ FICO scores across all three Credit Report Companies.

I only have 2 accounts, AAoA is 1.1 years, and my oldest account is 2 years.

I guess my scores are so good is because I'm just establishing credit and I don't have any baddies.
As of 1/10/2014 EX FICO - 748. EQ FICO - 728. Trans FICO - 755

WellsFargo - $3,000 AMEX BCE - $18,000 Chase Freedom - $4,000

Rather than number of tradelines, I think the AAoA + clean report is more important?

Re: How many tradelines for a 700-800 club score?

The FICO score breakdown is explained on this very site!  See

So payment history is 35%, amount owed is 30%, AAoA is 15%, new credit (inqs) 10% and credit mix 10%

So number of lines comes into credit mix, which is very small.   Keep amounts owed low, pay on time, and don't app very often, and the high scores will come.

Most active cards: Amex BC ($50K), Cap One QS ($33K) Fidelity Amex ($20K)
Others: CSP, Freedom, Chase Amazon, Cap One QS, Penfed Plat Rewards (x2), Citi Double Cash, Citi Dividend, Citi AA Plat Select, Citi Forward, Amex BCE, Amalgamated Bank, Sallie Mae, Cash Plus
Scores May 14: EQ 848, EX 833, TU 848 (Sep)
