I recently paid off about $30,000 in CC debt. Now I have about $40,000 of credit available in numerous CCs. Visas, Mastercards and Store cards. All which now have a balance of $0. How is the most effective way to use these cards to increase my credit score? Shold I carry a balance on 1 card, multiple cards, any card? Thanks for any advice. I am fairly young and dont have any credit guidance. Thanks

you shouldn't carry a balance on any cards, unless you need to or have a 0% offer. Just use your cards. Are paying them before the statement comes out? (this is not normal, but a lot of people on these forums who are trying to apply for new cards do it to push up the score a bit) If so, then let one card report less than 10%, but still pay the full bill when it is due. You don't need to carry any balances month to month to have good credit.
