How much time between denial and recon?

If I got denied for a card 3 months ago but my credit has improved tremendously, can I still recon?

90 days? You'll have to re-app.

IIRC. It's 30 days since the application. 

But even then, I wouldn't wait that long. Since they'll just review the pull you apped with.

30 Days and you have to re apply.
