How often does Barclay SP you?

Opened my Barclays Rewards in December. Have been softed every month since. TU this month, EX the next......alternating months.

Opened my TL 6/11/14 was a HP.  SP my account 6/14/14, 8/14/14.

Seems to be every 2 months right before the FICO score they provide.

You got a good CL with Barclay and I am happy for you.
When banks conduct a Soft pull on someone, it is not only about giving credit line increase in lieu; they want to see if other credit cards or loans are paid on time, how they've been handled etc..

On 12/2013 they approved me for $1300.
My scores are higher than yours and the $1300 CL is still the same as of Now.
I never tried to find out if they SP me and I really don't care. I use my Green AMEX card and pay it off every Month.
