How often to ask for CLI-Walmart Discover & Cap One

Can someone remind how often I can hit the "love" button for these 2?

Walmart gave me and increase, I think last November or December, and went from $1800 to $4300. When is it appropriate to hit the love button again? Is it a HP?

Cap One (formerly Orchard Stingy Bank)...I had been sitting at $300 for over a year when they finally gave me an extra $500, brining my CL to $800 last year. Is it appropriate to ask for another? Is it a HP?

Only looking to do the ones that might be a SP.

My Chase was just increased from $4500 to $9000 yesterday (by them, I did not request it).

My scores and current cards are in my siggie, no lates, perfect credit. 2 inquiries 6 months ago. A 3% ratio and 1 student loan for $24,500.

Would love your thoughts/advice.

4th statement? 4th statement AFTER the last increase was given? Is it a SP or HP?

You are eligible after the 4th statement after the last increase. sp for both

Yep SP for both of them.. and there is no harm in asking even every month --- but every 4th for WM and 6th for Cap1

Thanks. So it looks like I'll be asking for another around April then.   

Should I be charging and paying off a good amount to get the increase and show that I'm using it? Or should I just lay low with these cards?

I put thru 200 a quarter and still get CLIs.

Ok, I'm good for awhile then. I just charged my school fees ($1500) last month and paid them off before the statement hit. I do know they sent me something saying that if I use the card this month, they'll give me $10. So I'll probably use it for that and then just hold on to it for another increase in a few months.

Pulled the love button tonight and got another $3k for a total $7300.
