There is a CC collection account on my EQ report from a Citi Card that was opened when I was 17.
I have no idea where it came from, and disputing it got it off TU and EX. Can I dispute it on EQ and show the reason as "under 18 years old when account was opened?" Both the DOFD and DOLA are prior to my 18th birthday.

I looked. Both these accounts require co-signer if applicat is under 16. I want her to get some thing with out Co-signer as she already have 3 accounts from me as AU. They are Amex Gold / National City / HSBC Discover.

Congress is currently working on credit card reform which, if passed, would include only allowing adults 21 or older to obtain credit cards:

Can someone point me to the opt-out list or a thread explaining how to opt-out?
I did a search on the board for 'opt out' and only came up with info about opting-out of myfico, something I definitely don't want to do.
Thanks!
