How should I spread the LUV around

I know we have to make all the cards happy by feeding them charges to get good CLI's for future.
Any suggestions as to how I should spread the LUV around among these cards.
I spend around $6K / month for personal / business expenses.
Amex Platinum Charge
Amex Oasis  $5KCL
Citi Dividends $17 K CL
Citi SB $15K CL
BOA      $1300 CL
Chase   $3800 CL
National City $2k CL
HSBC $1400 CL
HSBC $1000 CL
Hooters $1000 CL
First Nationa $1000 CL
I always do PIF and never carry balance. What do you recommend I should spend on these cards so I can get better Credit Limits in the future.

Re: How should I spread the LUV around

Go for the low-hanging fruit: the cards with the lower existing limits. They're more apt to give you CLIs, as when you go for a CLI they'll likely pull your CR and see they're behind the curve when it comes to giving you lines of credit.
