You used to be able to refresh CK every day, but the last time I logged in it told me I couldn't update for another week, so maybe they changed it to once a week or something like that recently.
For me, EX updates first, then EQ a few days later, TU usually takes about a week.
I think CK is trying to switch to 1 per week now. I can still pull daily but a lot of people are telling me its 1 per week.
Its 1 pull per week on Mobile devices it appears. online is still daily
most of my creditors go Experian-Equifax-Tranunions. Experian-usually the day after a statement cuts, Equifax, the day after that. Transunion sometimes is 3-4-5 days behind Equifax depending on which creditor.
Chase and US Bank for me don't update to any of the three until about 3 days after the statement date/end of month. US Bank seems to do Equifax first-really the only ones that do so for me. Chase does Equifax the day after Experian for me. Transunion 2 or 3 days after that.

For now. That's supposed to be changing shortly. Their are a few pay services out there that pull all three daily for a fee.
