So my year is coming up on my AMEX Gold Car, whch means I'll be charged the AF.
Contacted CS via live chat to see if they would waive my AF for next year. They said no.
Asked if they had any incentives for me to keep the card open. Again, they said no. LOL
I've read some peeps have been successful at getting retention offers. Any suggestions?
