How to increase credit steps CLI

I have credit steps coming up on two cards (QS and QS1). I've made on-time payments but only once a month. Would making multiple payments help increase the CLI that I ultimately receive? Or is there some other step that helps with it?

No, making multiple payments won't increase your chances.  Just keep doing what you are doing thus, making on-time monthly payments.

Not sure if you already know, but you don't have to wait for the credit steps 6 month thing or however long it is in order to get a CLI. My mom got the Platinum Mastercard in January 2016 and was enrolled in credit steps. We got it converted to a Quicksilver with no AF after 2 statements so like March/April. And that day I talked to someone on chat about when she would get the credit steps increase. The rep was like "You can just click the CLI button if you don't want to wait and see what happens". So I clicked it for her and she went from 500 to 1500 dollars instantly.

Mulitple payments will not have any effect on the outcome.
