I've had my Express CC for a year without any increase.
Few days ago I hit the CLI button and receive 7-10 days message.
Today the letter comes in the mail. They said that credit history with other credit grantors could not be obtained. They mentioned Equifax.
I had this Express by the shopping cart trick, so I just had to provide last 4 digits of my SSN, so apparently they don't have my SSN.
Should I call them to provide my full SSN? Or is there any other way?

Yes, because i was also approved by the shopping cart method and it's not reporting on my CRs and would like to know what to do if this happens to me.

I would call CS and let them know it's reporting on your CRs.

Are you using the accounts? How long have they been opened? Comenity is notorious for not reporting unless there's been activity.

Are you using the accounts? How long have they been opened? Comenity is notorious for not reporting unless there's been activity.
Ha, thanks Lexie! The Express account has been opened for about 3 weeks? I did the shopping cart trick and got Express/Sportsman's Guide and SMG around same time and SMG is reporting already but Express is not....
