How to sign up for Citi Dividend 5% quarterly cash back?

I just got the card, created an online account but can't find the sign-up button. It tells me to log onto my account and sign up. Is this done on purpose as to prevent people from signing up or am I just plain stupid?

There is usually an image on the left side of the main screen. You can also call customer service.

Well, the image didn't show up for the first couple of days.

I clicked on "limited time offers" and pulled up the 5% deals that way. However, when trying to sign up for the first quarter of 2012, it would give me an error message. Then, I called the automated line and signed up through a computer-guided voice system.

I check back with my online account. Now it says under "offers you're signed up for" that  my sihnup for the next 5% category is "null." In the main menu, the 5% signup button is now present. When I click on it to sign up, it tells me that my signup was unsuccessful.

What a mess this website is!
