So, just to clarify, you do have to be a member, but you can apply living anywhere?
No you do not need to have an account, I was just instantly approved online and I do not have an account with them. I am in one of there bigger markets(Michigan). Not sure of my CL yet. Score was Equifax 735 last time I checked it a few weeks ago.
