Hyatt Visa Signature Extra $50 Sign Up Bonus (UPDATE)

I will receive my new Hyatt Visa Signature in a few days (probably tomorrow, applied Sunday); however, when I was making a reservation on the website last night, I saw an offer on the side of the page when I was submitting my credit information that said: "Apply today and we'll take $50 off your first purchase." However, looking back at my sign-up bonus, this is NO WHERE.

When I called Chase to activate my card, they said that they weren't able to grant it.

Any ideas to get them to honor this? I know you all are amazing and might have some ideas up your sleeve.

PS just got off the phone with Hyatt and they are so amazingly nice. Offered to upgrade me on the spot for free within the phone call. Definitely suggest this card for Hyatt travelers!

Update: After much talking with Chase (over 10 messages back and forth, and talking to Hyatt), they have agreed to give me the $50 because I did in fact book with Hyatt a few days after I was approved for the card. They even sent me my card number through the Secure Message Center in order for me to reserve the room, so I suppose this is probably why.

Still very much recommending this card!

I also signed up for the card over the weekend and received it on Tuesday via UPS next day air saver (not requested).

Based on my experience with Chase cards, I imagine it will post exactly at the end of the 1st statement cycle.
