I Hate Waiting For My Reports To Update...

I paid off two accounts that closed on the 12th. Took about $700. off of my total balance. Now I keep checking my Credit Karma and waiting to get an alert from here that says that my score went up. I have a few more cards that will be going down/paid over over the next week so the score should keep going up, up, up... Utilization will be down to about 5% from 18!

Re: I Hate Waiting For My Reports To Update...

i feel how you feel.

it usually takes about 10-14 days after it actually happens.

credit reported on the 1st and didnt post on credit karma till the 12th.

tu is the slowest out of all to update their stats.

just paid off 650 in credit to lower my util to 2% and i wont actually see it till the end of the month.

Re: I Hate Waiting For My Reports To Update...

Waiting is the worst part.. I recently brought my util from 80% to about 25%, and hated the wait for them to report, but when they did my score jumped almost 50 points!

Re: I Hate Waiting For My Reports To Update...

My accounts usually post within a few days of the closing date but those few days feel like forever!
