I Love Amazon (or Synchrony Bank)

Okay well I logged into my online Amazon store card account...saw the chat button and thought even though the account is new I would try for a increase since Christmas is coming up. The account is only a little over a month old. CL is $800 with a balance of $83 (charged $283 to it when I first opened the account last month, the rest of the $83 will be paid off this week for Christmas shopping)

Well I tell Sean (my CSR on chat) that im sure I wont qualify for the increase because my account is so new but with Christmas coming up I thought I would try anyways....after going through the questions he comes back to tell me it wasnt approved and I will receive a notice in 7-10 days as to why. I thanked him for his time and was ready to X out of the window when I seen a message from him

He said he wanted to do something on his end to help since I wasnt approved the credit limit increase and because I am a valued customer, he said he is giving me $25 credit on my account and hopefully that helps me!!!!
I know its not much but he really didnt have to do that at all I tried with Walmart a couple weeks ago via chat and was just told I was denied and that was it. So even though I didnt get my increase I did get a account credit of $25 bringing my balance to $58. He even processed it right away for me. That was just to nice of him!! Such a blessing!!

Op that's what happen when I called chat line. I called sincrhony bank and they approved me from 6000 to 10000. Call credit solution and request cl

If so, they are treating me very well with my account. My second favorite account behind Amex.

I was curious and had to try.. Same result here as well. No CLI, because my account is not even a month old, but I did get a $20 credit Thanks!
