I would think they would offer one sometime soon if they plan to at all. I haven't been around for a citi card launch, so others can chime in on past offers with a new product

Wow? 2% cashback? Now I know what card I might PC to after October. Finally Citi has something decent that I might be interested in. I was gonna change to the Dividend card but this one just blows that card away IMO. Too bad Citi tends to be inquiry sensitive so I probably won't cold app for this but a PC is definitely likely in my book.
