I just used Plastiq and included my mortgage and car pymt., easy peasy. Yes, there is a fee, but worth it to me to get those points/miles. The only time I'll do that is for the sign-up bonuses. 
The last card I'm working on now is my Arrival+, was regretting at first, but am gonna go ahead and warm up to it. 2 payments and half of spend is already done.
