The ones for this site are quite stringent. After enforcing mandatory arbitration (no small claims court exemption)
IF ANY COURT WERE TO FIND THAT THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE WERE UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN YOU AGREE TO PURSUE YOUR CLAIM EXCLUSIVELY IN A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT IN MINNEAPOLIS, MINNESOTA, AND AGREE THAT A JUDGE RATHER THAN A JURY IS TO ADJUDICATE YOUR CLAIM.
So even if a court were to finding binding arbitration unenforceable, they still want to pick the location of the court case. (My guess is that any judgement finding arbitration unenforceable would also have an issue with that, but maybe not).
So, stay clear of disputes with Fico!
