If you are going overseas, choose the card with no FTF. If you have a travel card, use it for restaurants/hotels, etc.

Other than that, ignore utilization. I went last summer for six weeks and ran up my CSP approximately 50% but didn't care about it. It was paid off as soon as I got back. No biggie.

I say use the cards with the latest statement dates so you'll have the most time to pay them off before the statements hit.
