I am looking for banks/Credit unions who offer LOC/overdraft protection

For a 20K LOC, you might try USAA.  But, unless you have a high six figure income most lenders will require collateral.

Thanks, i just joined usaa awhile back and i love them,they dont do ploc but they did give me a 15k american express....

Andrews Federal Credit Union

Justice Federal Credit Union

All can be joined via eligibility through an association type membership (check their websites for details).   Most credit unions seem to offer LOCs.

US Bank does, but you need to live in a state where they have banking locations to get an account.
