It clearly states GE will HP if you ask for a CLI. I open my Care Credit account in June and it reported in 2 days to all 3 CRA's.

Hey thanks for everybody who gave me some pretty solid timeframes on this. It DOES seem like a long time to report when one is checking reports daily.
UPDATE:
CareCredit in fact reported today to Equifax and Experian (guessing TU will update on tomorrow's reports) and it gave me an 11 point FICO score gain on Experian and plus 10 points over on the Equifax side! A solid gain despite my AAofA going down, the new inquiry and the new account. I'm guessing by CareCredit just reporting, it added more points cause it's an account with a higher limit than most of my sad credit portfolio at the moment and the extra $3500 tradeline helps with utilization a bunch.
All's well that ends well.
