I did it, I killed them............... and I have never felt better!!!!!!!!!

Last month i canceled credit one and felt good about it this month i canceled both orchard bank cards I am finally out of the sub-prime credit card market and it feels great!

Many thanks to you all for the valuable info, I started this year with a 598 EQ FICO and from the wealth of information I picked myself up and now I am in the 700 club and loving it! Now I have to garden and within a year or so its (hopefully) the 800 club for me. 


Starting Score: Jan 2011-600TU 598 EQ
Current Score: 769 TU 732EQ 750EX Lender Pull
Goal Score: 755 and higher across the board

Congrats, thats a nice jump...just curious what cards you currently have?

My Favorite Amex PR Gold, Discover More, Capital One, Goodyear (Citi), and 5-6 store cards issued by GEMB

Interesting you got an Amex approval with CreditOne in your profile, they like to decline people for that (for some reason).

my experience was interesting at the beginning with amex they hit me with a F/R within days of getting approved
