Oh yes. My favorite lately with Amex has been talking with a foreign rep with broken English and hearing the beeping in the background that the call is being recorded. In fact almost every time I've had to call I've gotten that. But my hours are odd sometimes. The executive office is another matter but you probably don't wanna call them over this
