Not a problem!
My mortgage pulls yesterday were considerably lower than what you would generally see for a CSP, however, this has been so with my recent hx with Chase:
TU: 701
EX: 669
EQ: 639
My credit is VERY young- all credit cards less than a year (oldest about 10 months now). $46k base salary plus 24k/year in bonuses.
I got a Freedom with scores in the LOW 600's with a respectable 2k starting limit. I think what is swaying them in my nearly 10 year banking relationship with Chase. I have about 30k in seasoned cash sitting in their bank and they can tell with transfers I have other accounts- but everything at least inititally goes into the Chase account. They are woo-ing me and doing a damn good job!
In the garden until October 2015!
Journey began 12/13
My wallet: Cap1 Journey (12/13) $4,800 - Cap1 QS (3/14) $1,500 - Chase Freedom (5/14) $3,000 - Chase CSP (12/14) $8,000
Closed on my primary home and income property in December 2014!
