I just got my Plat WaMu/Chase card converted to Chase Perfect but....

I called them up and asked, and I just gave them my name and no numbers or anything and they said I qualify for Perfect.

But the whole phone call last about 90 seconds and they didn't verify anything and they said I would get a new card.

Was the guy pulling my chain or is that all it takes to get one?  No verification or nothing?

Thats a little strange that they didnt do any verification of any sort. When I had converted both of my cards they took a while to see if my cards were qualified. If I were you I would check your online account in a 2-3 days to see if your card did convert. If anything just give them a call and re-verify that in deed they did the PC.
