I keep reading how Citi are unstable financially or having probs-does this affect their cards?

I'm looking for a 0% itro APR card to BT to, & I'm wondering whether to consider Citi cards b/c I keep reading that Citi’s financially unstable right now (who isn't, Smiley Wink.) Does anyone have any feedback about this?

No relevance in my opinion. Citi still has some good BT cards, as does Chase.
