I shop at lowes basically daily, if I run the card up to its limit 3-4 times a month and PIF will I get a CLI maybe to 5k?

Judging by the limits and denials I have to be honest its time to truly consider gardening if you hope to see CLI's
Before you app think... Have you done your research of the CC? Does it fit your spending? Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt? Can you afford the AF? Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
With those cards and a good stay at the garden you will be good for other cards that offer great rewards.
